Thought of another way, 4x the capacity of the 260B equates to a bit more lifting muscle than the FEL on the 1025, but wth the reach and dexterity of a BH. A few days ago, I reinstalled my 260B backhoe and noticed one of the large pins that is used to lock the backhoe onto the tractor was missing. (This particular pin has little handle that goes down into a slot to keep it from falling out when its fully inserted). I've looked at a few manuals but I haven't seen this part called out.

Doing such, the bucket was under a couple feet of water for most of that. All went well and it's done. Yes, you should have gotten a manual. It should be in a black tube mounted underneath the backhoe seat. Have you looked real good, they can be camouflaged. lol. Notice three immediate problems. 1: the plastic cap on the bottom of the valve was missing. 2: The O-ring on the top end of the valve spool was broken. This May account for the leaking hydro fluid coming through cover plate. 3- there is a significant Nick on the top of valve spool. does this nick render the valve spool useless.
