A keen Bandit Curved Sword at max upgrade should have an E in str and B in dex. I see the difference of AR with my calc being 511 for normal and 589 Keen, so 78 from my perspective. Setting it to occult doesn't build up bleed, like if set to blood affinity but it's the best damage output. The reason those swords are so good is that you get multiple hits per swing when powerstancing.
