There are two good Ranged weapons at this point that work wonders for the Queen Slime: dart guns, and daedalus stormbow. Both are obtained from biome mimics, look up how fo summon those on the wiki if you don’t know. With either dart gun, use crystal darts since they will bounce back and forth between the boss and her minions.
