I just found a video claiming that the flowers can be used (for now) instead of eldarium for everything on the delving bench. You might have to delve the armor pieces, not sure. If not in the wiki, give it a try. Throw 20 eldarium bars and one of the armor pieces on the delving bench and see if it accepts it. There is no armor schematic for lemurian royal for sure. You can check the admin menu for that. You get war court when delving lemurian royal.Put epic tier equipment in along with eldarium, and you get scraps and blueprints. Silent Legion armor can drop from the NPCs summoned by a leyshrine surge that has been focused to the West.
