Thinkorswim has the best interface...but these server/lag issues is just bad.. A suggestion.. not sure if it would help, but just a thought... try using a VPN, and set your proxy location to a different location. A solution to other TOS problems I had in the past is to delete the usergui folder (C:\Program Files\thinkorswim\usergui). Or you can rename the folder which is what I did the first time I tried it in case it would break my installation. TOS will recreate the folder and download that stuff again when you launch.

They run every 3-8 minutes and then update. If you close and open the scan it will update but if you just let it run it will not update every second.
